After starting a career in the janitorial field in 2004, original founder Ricardo Bonilla, realized his calling was in helping businesses keep a level of brand and prestige by providing a level of cleanliness that fell nothing short or equal to it and so in 2014 R.B. Janitorial was established.

Within Only the turn of a few years, since the original founding of R.B. janitorial in 2014, its Original founder Ricardo Bonilla Sr. along with Daughter Erika Perez as the now acting president and Owner have developed an amazing team. A team comprised of family, Mother Teresita Gonzales and Siblings Ricardo Bonilla Jr. and Juan Bonilla. A team that together make-up a combined experience of more than 25 years in the janitorial field. To this day R.B. Janitorial continues to be family owned and operated. It is this combined knowledge and ownership that allows us to be personal and flexible enough to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. As a full service janitorial company, our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority.
